I’m Mike Ray. I’m a 26 year old senior Sports Media major at Oklahoma State University. I was born in Oklahoma City, grew up in Edmond, moved to Houston when I was 11 and have been bouncing around between Oklahoma and Texas ever since.
My entire life revolves around sports and music. I came to Oklahoma State to major in Sports Media in the fall of 2004 and spent six semesters in Stillwater before taking some time off and spending the better part of the last six years touring the country playing music for a living.
As a journalist, I have produced numerous video spots and podcasts for classes and use in OSU programs, and have written numerous articles and blogs as a sports writer and Assistant Sports Editor of the Daily O’Collegian. I have also spent a great deal of time working on all sides of broadcast (talent and production) and print (layout, design, writing).
